Jennifer Macquarie is responsible for the day to day management of the Fountaindale Group, as well as driving the marketing, sales and financial elements of our development projects and business units. Having worked in residential property development for 25 years and served on the board of a not-or-profit Community Housing Provider for over five years, Jennifer has a particular passion for housing diversity, affordability and meeting the needs of undersupplied segments of the market.

Lawson Fredericks leads the planning, design and construction side of our operations and has developed strong skills in stake holder engagement that are critical in navigating the complex planning system that we work within. Pushing for best practice planning and design outcomes within the constraints of local and state development control plans is a consistent challenge and focus.

As a primary consultant to the company, Neville Fredericks draws on his more than 45 years experience in business, local government and community engagement to manage Fountaindale’s new business and project assessment work. His detailed understanding of the planning system and political landscape enables a realistic assessment of a project’s likelihood of gaining planning approval. Through experience and extensive travel, Neville has developed a deep understanding of best practice planning of new communities.
We are supported by a small and very capable team of five. Working in project management, accounts and marketing support, they have been selected as much for their integrity as their skill set. They work hard, and we inspire them with our creative vision, interesting projects, much appreciation and in the tradition of good country families, home baked cakes.
